Hi, I co-facilitate a hearing voices group in Brighton. This group is currently full but we shall be accepting referrals for a new group starting in the New Year. The group is at East Brighton Mental Health Centre, however, if you don't want to wait that long there is also a group at Preston Park Day Centre.

Hi Cheontell
great - I wonder if you and members of the group you are involved with know about the Sussex Voice newsletter?
You can download copies from this website. We'd also encourage you to join our mailing list and get sent them direct and for all the members of the groups in Brighton.

You might also want to put something in the next issue of the newsletter - due around christmas time - to advertise your new group - info in the newsletter on how to do so.

good to meet you

Sara
